How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, then tap Run Window to change or cancel your plan.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Run Window and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How accurate is the weather data?
Run Window uses Open-Meteo for weather forecasts. While forecasts are generally reliable for the next 3–5 days, accuracy decreases further out. We always recommend checking conditions before heading out in extreme weather.
How does Run Window learn my preferences?
After each run, you can log how it felt. Over time, your feedback adjusts the comfort model so your run windows better match what you actually enjoy.
Can I use Run Window for multiple locations?
Yes. You can save multiple locations and switch between them to see run windows for each one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Sign Out." To request full account deletion, email us at hello@runwindow.com and we'll remove your Firebase account data.
Why do I need to allow location access?
Run Window uses your location to fetch local weather data. Without it, we can't score the forecast for your area. You can also manually set a location in Settings.
