Ask your assistant when to run.

Run Window plugs into Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants. Ask when to run and the answer comes back as a verdict, not a forecast to decode.

Good to know

What does it answer?

When to run: the best window on a given day, a backup, and one line on why. Any city, today through the next seven days. It does not do general forecasts, rain totals, or other sports. Your assistant still handles those.

Whose comfort zone does it use?

A typical runner’s: comfortable around 50–70°F, light rain acceptable, heavy rain and storms ruled out. The Run Window app learns your own comfort zone from how your runs feel.

What are the verdicts?

Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, or Not Recommended. Wet or Stormy whenever rain or lightning is in the window. No sugarcoating.

What does it send you?

Only the place and the days your assistant asks about. No account, no chat history, no name. Details are in our privacy policy.

What are the tools?

Two, both read-only. get_windows ranks the best windows over the next few days. compare_days puts specific days side by side.
